The room is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It has it's own terrace where you can enjoy your coffee. Although the house is close to the center, within walking distance, it's peaceful and quiet. You can use the shared kitchen where you have everything you need and it's well organized, you have your own coffee box and place in the fridge. We couldn't imagine a better accommodation. The hosts are very kind and nice. Thank you so much David and Jenny!!!

We had a lovely time. The location was optimal as it is close to the main street to get to the beach. There is 24h check-in service, and the staff were super friendly. The room itself was very good, nothing to complain about. One of the comfiest beds I have personally ever experienced in a hotel, functioning hair dryer included, and the AC worked flawlessly. Working Smart TV and Wi-Fi included in the room as well. The breakfast (which was included in our booking) had good variety and was extremely tasty. In addition, a Late check-out is included (12.00 at the time of out booking), giving time to properly sort luggages while not feeling in a rush to leave. Overall, I would recommend it !!

The whole hotel gave off a lovely clean, fresh vibe with amazing reception. Felt welcomed and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Room was large, good bed and bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with good variety, and the breakfast staff excellent.. The location is perfect, a few metres from the beach and a few roads from the shops and restaurateurs. We used the private parking provided for a nominal cost, which was a bonus. Can't say enough about the two staff on reception. So helpful with greetings, information, helping us print some documents and both spoke excellent English which helped us alot. Nothing was too much trouble. Would be my first choice if we visited again.

Good location in a quiet area. I think the hotel is newly refurbished as the standard was more modern and comfortable than other places I've stayed in Porto Recanati. A big bonus that the rooms had memory foam pillows, I slept really well! Staff is very nice!
