Communication prior to our stay was excellent including a paid upgrade change we needed to a larger room. Check in was easy and the staff really made us feel welcome both at the front desk and the restaurant.

We had a wonderful Holiday in Senigallia and Finis africae was the Perfect place to make our stay fantastic. Simone with his very friendli smile and calmness. A wonderful Person. Also Thank you so much Silva. We Love your place with the big Garden with the different trees and the little garden of hearbs, as well the big pool. We will also Claudia and Paula give a big hug for clining our room everyday. You are doing a great job witch is very hard. Also thank you dear Laura for the fantastic relaxing massage witch i really enjoied. You have magic hands. Last but not leest all the rest of Finnis crew like Martina on the resection, Maria Cristina, the young gentleman fom Senegal, sorry i forgott his name, who gave us our roomkey with a big smile when came back from town so late. We really liked the location, the staff, the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. They truly love animals, and it’s even possible to be by the pool with them. It was very clean both in the room and throughout the property. The kitchen and the attentive waitstaff fulfilled our request for a kids’ menu and even prepared something that wasn’t on the menu. Thank you.

After arriving on a late flight it was easy to find and check in late. Parking directly in front of your room made life very easy. The breakfast was spot on and the staff were happy and helpful. Rooms were spotless.

Lovely beachfront hotel with a rooftop restaurant and spa as well as complimentary beach towel, umbrella and lounger. Friendly staff. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Spectacular view from the balcony at sunrise and sunset. Dinner was tasty and the portions just right. Definitely see myself coming back if visiting this part of Italy in the future!

Eden Park Resort is 150 metres from the beach on the Adriatic Sea, connected by a passage to the hotel.

The staff are all excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel own the beach bar a five minute walk and it was also great. Good food too.
