Everything in this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent—easily accessible and just steps away from the long promenade and beautiful beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, it was a perfect combination of warm hospitality, convenience, and comfort. We were there for the first weekend of Carnevale and this the BEST location for viewing the parade, floats and fireworks. We loved the terrace, the Arte Nouveau lobby and breakfast room. It was February and our room was toasty warm. Staff very friendly.

Excellent place. The owner and staff were super friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The room was way better than I expected, especially the bathroom. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was awesome and it was open for a fair amount of time. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and friendly place at an affordable price.

Wonderful hotel, very attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable room with airconditioning and a balcony, great shower. Parking on site. Cold but glorious pool. We enjoyed the food very much. We were able to bring our small dog. Laundry service was quick and very good. My family and I loved our stay here and hope to be back.

Beautiful palazzo in the historic center of Pietrasanta. Nice garden and wintergarden in the courtyard. Very clean, good breakfast and very nice staff. We will come back!
