the service was really good. food is amazing in both restaurants as well. the staff was extremely friendly in a genuine way. really felt at home. it was off season and some reviews made us scared, but we really liked this place.

From the check-in to departure everything went smoothly and the staff was fantastic. The hotel is the nicest in the Dead Sea area and it was the extra touches like the complimentary treats (rose slushie, watermelon, ice cream) they kept bringing around at the swimming pool that made the stay extra special. The Dead Sea beach was well set up with mud, mirrors, and showers. The several swimming pools meant finding a pool bed was not difficult. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food to choose from. Dinner at the poolside Italian Ashur Restaurant was excellent - portion sizes were good and the prices were reasonable.

This oasis-style resort offers an outdoor pool and a spa situated directly under a hot spring waterfall. Surrounded by mountains, the Ma'In Hot Springs is only 30 minutes’ drive from the Dead Sea.

The room was very big, clean, with good beds, good workig air-con in winter. The food was good and tastefull. We have enjoyed in the pool and in natural pools at the waterfalls.
