Staff were very good - always friendly and helpful. Breakfast and following buffet from 11am to 9pm were excellent - a good range of food and soft drinks for all tastes. It was kept well stocked and the food was tasty. The dining area was well organised, comfortable and the staff took great care of guests. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully clean.

Right in the middle of the entertainment district which made for interesting sightseeing at night! Amazing staff who went over and above what was expected to help me post a package to someone in Japan.

Easy check-in, I was able to borrow an umbrella. Rooms are a bit older but still nice. Mini fridge, kettle/cups. Pyjamas and other amenities provided. Towels replaced every day. 10-minute walk to hakata station, close to multiple temples. Family mart on the corner.
