Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just next to the canal and walking distance to the main shopping district. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect for us! We could easily shop around, enjoy nice restaurants, and walk to beautiful parcs (20 min by foot). The staff was also professional and reactive, we could let our luggage at the hotel before check-in and after checkout.
