Excellent room, great location and great staff all across the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the facilities in the hotel were great. We loved dining at Pierre and the drinks at Adee. Front desk people were so helpful. Planning to stay there again when I'm back in Osaka.

The staff of the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, making sure we got what we needed. They went out of their way to help us book the luggage delivery service to another accommodation, which didn’t have a reception (2 days later), so we could travel to Naoshima & Teshima luggage free.
