Best location i have stayed yet in Sri Lanka. This pearl has everything you need. The bed is great, the shower is gorgeous and the personel is the best i’ve seen yet. They will help you with literally anything you need and wil accomodate it for you. If something on the menu is not like your taste, they can change it to your own liking. They have a beautiful big tent on the outside of the hotel, which has a bathtub, AC and literally everything you need. There are no downsides i could mention. Like i have said…. Danushka looked after us really well and provided lots of helpful tips about how to get around in Kandy. The chef also cooked us an amazing meal, the best we have had so far in Sri Lanka. The villa itself is in a pleasant location 5km from the city centre but within easy reach via a tuk tuk or taxi on PickMe. It's quirkily decorated but more interesting than your average hotel as a result. We also enjoyed playing pool!

Located 500 metres above sea level, Cinnamon Citadel Kandy offers a spectacular outdoor pool.

Authenticity is something hard to find in the hotelier business. But there's no lack of it at Cinnamon citadel. Place was exceptionally clean, staff were immensely helpful at every point. Authentic srilankan cuisine has never come close to perfection. Services offered were flexible and payment didn't feel like a headache. Perfect for families and couples looking to find some peace.

This is a beautiful boutique, which is hidden in Kandy city. It provided us with a memorable stay. The architecture of this hotel is very unique from the other boutiques. The view from this location is marvelous; it feels like living in the sky. The staff is very helpful and they are always around to help you out at any time. We stayed with them for one night but wish we stayed more. The breakfast with this view was amazing and thank you so much sky pavilion for this memorable stay. Hoping to come back soon.
