I'm from Philippines and I have stayed 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel in a Executive Suites with Access Lounge and high quality of service to details remains. Staffs is amazing, they are very friendly and accommodating. It's a perfect place to stay with a luxurious hotel like Cinnamon Grand Hotel. Will recommend this. The breakfast and the setting were quite excellent. The staff were quite hospitable and friendly. The colonial internal deco made the atmosphere very exciting. Enjoyed the sunset view behind the hotel.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, they had fresh fruit (best papaya I've ever had). I stayed for a night first at the beginning of my trip, then two more nights at the end of my trip. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both amazing and super spacious. I loved the showers, they had very good flow and were quite spacious as well. The balcony was also super cute.
