A very comfortable hotel in a family atmosphere and with a good breakfast. Very friendly staff, always available to help, from the owner (Farid) to all the employees (especially Imad and Salah) whom we all thank. They provided us with bicycles that we used to visit Marrakech. I strongly recommend! Thank you for everything!

The position of the ryad is perfect, just inside the Medina and you can walk to the major monuments in 10 mins. Every morning they serve an amazing home made breakfast and we tried also the morrocan dinner, it was deliciuos. The location is just wonderful, the riad is well reformed!

EVERYTHING! Seriously, all of the staff works very hard to make you feel at home. Everyone is super friendly and engaged. I would also recommend the hammam and massage treatment right on the spot. We got another massage at a fancy place (Les bains de Marrakesh) and it wasn't as good. Now - food! simply wow. The chef and staff goes above and beyond to make sure you don't have the same supper twice. We went to a couple of super fancy restaurants and the food wasn't to that level. Place is a beauty

Riad Wow has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Marrakech: a beautifully designed Riad, clean rooms, top service from the staff and very good food (here we would particularly like to mention Hassan in the restaurant with his delicious food and service and Fatima in the reception that helped us with different suggestions on what to do and see during our stay). It is also well situated, if you want to stay near the Medina, but not in it.

The owner are so kind and helpful to arrange all the taxi to pick up and drop off at the airport in the late evenings. They walk with you to the taxi and never leave you alone to wait for your friend or taxi. They provide nice food.

The Riad is a tranquil oasis in the middle of the medina. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Khadija, Bouchra and Nawal looked after us wonderfully. Bouchra stayed up late into the night to give us a delicious meal on our very delayed arrival. Khadija ran everything so smoothly, sorting taxis and bookings for us and always available for advice. She made sure at every turn that we wanted for nothing. Nawal went the extra mile by walking us to our restaurant and waiting up for us to return. They could not have done more to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The riad (traditional Moroccan hotel) was beautifully decorated and romantic. We had the top floor apartment with access directly to the shared terrace area. It was very clean and staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. They were prompt in answering our queries and sorting things out for us. The service was exceptional! The traditional Moroccan breakfast was delicious and extremely generous. We didn't even have to eat again until the evening. The location was great with lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area. The riad was slightly set back from the main road so very quiet and you didn't hear the road traffic or the general noisiness of Marrakech!

    This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The furnishings are of the highest quality and the interior design is flawless. We took a one bed villa with private pool for 3 nights. Unfortunately the pool was cloudy, but the hotel upgraded us to the royal villa which more than compensated for the inconvenience. The staff were understanding and enabled us to stay somewhere we could never have afforded! The Royal Villa is vast and beautifully appointed. The pool is ice cold and very refreshing on a hot day. We lushed in luxury!
