Hugo and Omar were so kind and friendly, and always very helpful. It was a lovely space to spend time with friends and relax. The beautiful living room and outdoor courtyards where wonderful places to spend time relaxing between visits into the city.

This restored 18th-century house is located in Guanajuato’s old town, just 3 minutes’ walk from the Alhóndiga de Granaditas Museum. It offers its own art gallery and free WiFi in public areas.

The highlight of our stay in Mexico. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The free funicular rides were fun too. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi. To get there we used uber that drove us to the Monumento de Pipila (the viewing point above the hotel). From there you take 2 small flights of stairs down (2-3 min).

Featuring a roof terrace with views of the hills surrounding Guanajuato, Hostal Casa de Dante is an Adult Only Hostel just a 15-minute walk from the historic city centre.

Hostal Casa de Dante is a real pearl in Guanajuato, the house is very authentic like a small labyrinth of stairs and rooms. Doña Irene who runs the hostel is like a mum and takes care of her guests with dedication. The breakfasts are wonderful! Thank you very much for everything!

The service was exceptional. Our host, Olga went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, helping us with our luggage, suggesting an excellent restaurant, getting us a taxi to the airport. She was fantastic.

Great location in the heart of the old city. The building is an interesting old structure that has been beautifully modernised. We found it very comfortable. The reception staff is exceptionally helpful & cheerful. We got great recommendations and fell in love with Guanajuato. We made a special request & they were cheerfully accommodated it.
