Warm reception by owners and staff. Very helpful and made us feel welcome. Excellent location and delicious warm breakfast every morning. Beautiful surroundings with lush green gardens, nice pool to cool off. Aaron was a great resource for recommendations for dinner.

Beside the Myan Museum, and in the modern part of town. A nice reprieve after being in the historic centre for a few days. Nice room and fabulous staff. Tasty breakfast with good range of restaurant meals if you didn't want to venture out. Off the tourist tour puck up route but providers sent a car for additional $100mxn.

What a beautiful hotel right in Merida city center! The facilities are incredible comfortable, even the unusual exterior shower that was a pleasant surprise! There is a near by car parking. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful! We couldn’t have chosen a better stay for our trip.

The location is great, the rooms spacious , clean and well decorated, and all very calm (no noise at all) - the hotel is like a little paradise oasis in the buzzing city centre of Mérida. The staff is very kind, they found two t-shirts we had forgotten and put them aside for us.
