The location was very fine for us. Being closer to the cathedral means more traffic and noise. The walking distance from the hotel to the cathedral makes that you are in a more quiet environment. The walking distance is maybe 15 minutes max. The breakfast is diversifying. The included breakfast (continental) was more than expected with fresh pressed coffee (capucino), a choice of many beautiful pastries (made on site) and fresh fruit. You can also choose breakfast "a la carte". The whole place is an experience! The decor, the woodwork (Mexican mahogany), the natural garden, the courtyard and the owner's 2 live-in parrots make this place very special!

The hotel grounds are beautiful, better than in the pictures. Our room was huge and so were the bathroom and the walk-in closet; also very clean. The pool is big and since there are only five rooms in the hotel one can pretty much have it all to themselves. If not, there are two more pools at the other adjacent hotel (same owner). The owner, Philippe, is very nice and has good recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was very good with various choices, served by professional Franco (sorry, not sure of spelling).

Sometimes you have these perfect hotels and this is one of them. We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfect location. The rooms and bathrooms were super spacious, great swimming pool for in the city. The staff was super friendly, especially towards the kids. How they made the bed for the kids was too cute! I can highly recommend to stay here with kids!
