Lovely hotel in a perfect location - everything we did or wanted was a short walk away Alejandro was so lovely, friendly and hospitable, he gave us some great tips for the city and was so happy to help us and make our stay comfortable. All of the staff were also just as friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a lovely roof terrace that is really pleasant to sit out in the morning or evening. The decor of the hotel was also really lovely and I think we were lucky enough to catch the last of their Xmas decorations which were great! Thanks so much for a lovely stay :)

It is hard to find anything bad to say about this property. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and worked so well together to help each other out. The room was beautifully kept, very clean and in good condition with no real maintenance needed. The guests were of all ages and there were full rooms over the holidays. The breakast was a great quality food and with really great service. Nothing was too much to ask from this team. Daniel is always at the desk and keeps the place in good running order. I would stay here again without a doubt.

We loved this property - stylish, comfortable, wonderful staff and great location. The courtyard areas were particularly lovely. The zocalo was a 2 minute walk and it was perfect for exploring.

This place is an absolute gem Its right in the historic centre near all the rooftop bars and best reastaurants It's setting and interior is very authentic but cool. Above all the service and how accommodating every single person there is was outstanding. It really felt as if you were staying at someone ypu knows place. Gorgeous hotel, could not fault it. Breakfast was amazing. Roof bar and bar staff were incredible.
