I stayed in a club room with a lounge, bathroom with a bath under the window which I actually used and a fantastic shower, and a bedroom with an enormous walk in wardrobe. So luxury plus. All the staff were very friendly, interested in me and kind. I had the pool to myself, fantastic looking out on the green hills, it is like an oasis. I even pampered myself at the spa. I can't comment on location as I was picked up from the airport and didn't leave the resort.

Great value for money. Even entry level unit is super spacious in all its sub units and well appointed with cutlery and utensils for two. AC worked very well, strong. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Quality toiletries in bathroom. Very clean. They have a high tech beverage machine (Tao Bin brand) in the lobby which is amazing and very popular. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Super quick check in and check out. Short walk to Nu Sentral mall (a very nice one) and slightly longer to KL Sentral station. Totally recommended. For a next visit to KL, we’ll repeat for sure.

the room is huge, i wasn’t expecting that. location is good, there’s a train station nearby about 7 mins walk. the hotel is link with a mall - i like that! Alot of nice cafes and eateries too at the mall.
