I stayed in a club room with a lounge, bathroom with a bath under the window which I actually used and a fantastic shower, and a bedroom with an enormous walk in wardrobe. So luxury plus. All the staff were very friendly, interested in me and kind. I had the pool to myself, fantastic looking out on the green hills, it is like an oasis. I even pampered myself at the spa. I can't comment on location as I was picked up from the airport and didn't leave the resort.

This place is off the hook, from the staff to the location, food ambience and even security guards big round of applause to each and every person working in this Hotel. Just want to share the walking location to main Bukit Bintang some people especially the one who is new can use this direction to save their Grab Car money. So you come out of the Hotel and go to the right cross the road you will see the lane walk straight to that Lane and keep walking a hill towards up and follow that road straight you will come towards Al-Halab and the Shawarma place that's Bukit Bintang.
