Very attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful building, rooms very luxuriously equipped. Great breakfast. Nice view of the Maas and Erasmusbrug. Ease to reach with watertaxi in front of the hotel and 6 min walk from metro.

Honestly this was one of my favourite stays Location was perfect, there’s literally a tunnel from the station that leads to the hotel if you look properly The whole room, lighting, Tv , window shades and temperature is digitalised (Your ipad gon be your best friend in the room lol) Digital Self check in perfect for introverts , you can choose your views upon check in depending on the options available You can mirror your phone to the TV which is perfect! Quiet, Even with all the fireworks on new years eve it was still bearable. 9/10 highly recommend. The staffs are amazing and friendly and soo nice.

Memorable experience aboard the SS Rotterdam, with beautiful views of the city, walking distance to the Fenix. We had a very short stay in Rotterdam and loved every moment of this fascinating city. We dined aboard the ship with sunset views, and walked to the Fenix museum for an enjoyable visit. The free shuttle to the metro makes it even easier to get around.
