Rooms were large, with a small patio including chairs, and gave a great view of mountains. Beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Happy hour in the lounge every day for free, with a choice of wines and beer together with snacks. This felt more like staying at a friend's home rather than a hotel. Highly recommended

The room is spacious and comfortable. There's a water taxi (about 10mins walk from the hotel) and bus stop (about 20mins inclined walk). WiFi is strong. They tidy up the room each day. Breakfast was OK, the staff knows already what I wanted on my 3rd day.

The view and very spacious appartments, washing machine saved us (we were on holiday for 1.5 weeks and some clean clothes were due!) I highly appreciated the profesionalism and customer care of the Hotel Manager, who stepped in, in regard to a misunderstanding with the room assignment, and he made sure we are comfortable with our stay.

We got upgraded to the lakeview side. The view there is absolutely breathtaking! We really didn’t want to leave our balcony ever. It was a really great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool & gym were nice and the food was good. Can definitely recommend it!
