Staff are very friendly and helpful. My family really enjoyed the staff at the buffet breakfast and front desk. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at The Tides. Would recommend The Tides to our friends.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room! Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!

Great location in station 2, nice helpful staff and very good food. Great band, live music every night we stayed and you can tell that it is a popular place on the island. The rooms were simple, cosy and fresh.

It’s a nice quiet hotel on Station 2. We had chosen Cabana room and it was spacious and clean. Pool was nice and clean, too. Breakfast is served at the hotel’s restaurant, where during the day you can also order drinks and food. Staff was very nice, they helped us take tuk-tuk and everyone was nice and polite.
