The hotel room I booked is very clean when I walked into. I really like my room, and the bed is comfy and cozy. The bathroom is also very user friendly for you to hang up your shower towel and the flooring is warm when my bare feet standing on it, really comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Night check-in is a great plus when arriving late to me. :) The location is really good, not far away from the train station (5 min by taxi, 15 min on foot), for me it’s good, because the Centrum Kutury Browar B is close to Riverside hotel (10 min walking) I am feeling comfortable to stay in this hotel without any problems, well even there is a problem, they can resolve it as soon as possible, so it’s bardzo dobrze :))

Pałac Bursztynowy is housed in a beautiful palace complex and surrounded by a large garden with fountains. It features air-conditioned rooms with free internet, a desk and an LCD TV.

The hotel is honestly above the three star calification. Great value for money. The garden of the hotel is like in a fairytale. Thumbs up!

I am a frequent traveler. That frequent that I do not bother leaving comments for a places I stay. Unless they are exceptionally good or bad. This time it was perfect! As I travelled for work, I just booked the cheapest single room. How surprised I was of a room, upgraded to the industrial style apartment! The staff was exceptional. The restaurant was exceptional. Knowing that hotel is located on the outskirts of city, I was planning to go to the center to have something to eat. And I am so happy I chose not to. Restaurant serves exceptional quality Italian food, I had a tartar, a steak and a glass of red wine. That filled the glass of happiness. Thank You for the great service you provide!
