The experience was great! From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome and everything was taken care of for us. The room itself was lovely and I would really recommend the location. The staff were great as well & really looked after us, would definitely stay here again!

Everything! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. We had a climb to the top floor that kept us fit. Little notes in our room with suggestions of events to visit. Absolutely Devine!!

Location: Very central and in the middle of the city centre so close by to all restaurants, attractions and public transportation. Room: Modern and very spacious room. Free mini bar which was replenished daily. I found the ac cooling to be a bit low on day 1 but they provided a portable ac for the 3 days we were there. Breakfast spread was good value for money. Staff was very hospitable and the management gave welcome and goodbye gifts, which was a very sweet gesture

Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Location is amazing. Locked (but shared) baggage storage in the basement for early arrivals or late departures. The well appointed, large, and spotless apartment was setup for longer term stays. Pool table and foosball tables in the basement. Nice deep bath tub in unit J.

The location's position is great, right in the historic centre of Lisbon. The studio apartment was nice and cosy, we were lucky and got a very decent room (no nudes or loud colours) that also had a kitchenette, which was a plus. The staff is very attentive and nice. I would come back to this hotel for this specific room ^^
