The friendliness of all the staff. Everyone went all out to try and make the stay & experience out of this world. But that is how Doha is, everyone who work in the hotel industry are trained to be service focus. We were upgraded upon arrival by this friendly south african personnel. Cant remember his name but he is the sort of person that you want to employ to be the face of W. Having said that, everyone else is wonderful and so helpful.

Everything. Nice clean room, swimming pool, very good restaurant um very affordable prices. But the staff is the best - they are excellent! We were able to leave our bags there after checkout and enjoy the day. Excellent value for your money! 10 min walk to Souq Wakif and metro station.

I loved the architecture, a breath of fresh air from the usual monotone modern buildings of today. The rooms echoes that vibes but were lavishly designed in terms of furnishings and fixtures. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. You could tell that they took pride in their work. Another thing great about this stay was how peaceful the surroundings were. Eventhough there were hundreds of kids staying in that same weekend as us, never once did we felt the hotel was chaotic or loud. My children loved the outdoor landscaping and the outdoor pool so much! They had a playground in it even. And alhough it was peak temperatures, it felt perfect for swimming thanks to the shelters.
