Location, facilities inside the hotel. Reception staff was very cooperative. Breakfast was perfect and has options for people of all regions. Housekeeping staff also very nice and efficient. Security staff was very helpful in guiding locations.

Everything at the hotel was fantastic; there was No change of lifts while going to HARAM, and it was very convenient and super close to haram In other hotels, you need to change lifts, which is quite un inconvenient during peak times of prayer.
