I had searched a lot for the most perfect hotel for our stay and I believe I found the best. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left we were satisfied and happy. Before arrival of course I had read a lot of comments (positive and negative) and I just cannot agree with some people’s criticism. In my opinion every staff member is kind and helpful and they speak English as much as it is needed for the job. I clearly did not want to discuss literature with any of them so what I needed to talk about was completely catered for. What you need to pay extra for is clearly communicated. There are a la carte restaurants, if someone wishes to dine in any of them, they need to pay. Originally we had planned to try some, but finally we didn’t as the buffet restaurant (which is included in the price) was perfect and we could always find something to our taste. They have themed nights (Turkish, Mexican, Italian, Seafood) but even then you can find plenty of other options. During the day (if you are still hungry 😃), you can always find something to eat in the plenty of bars on the territory. Ice cream for the children and drinks for the adults. They even tried to make similar looking mocktail for my daughter so that she would feel we drink the same 😃 The wifi is mostly excellent! I was facetiming friends even by the sea. We had a photoshoot with the photographer guys and we love those pics. Thanks for them! However, my daughter was afraid of the big parrot, even those pictures are great. Special thanks to Irina at Guest Relations, who organised packed lunch for my girl for our journey home. It was a lot and very delicious. Guest Relations paid special attention to us anyway because we didn’t travel with an agency so they wanted to make sure that we really feel safe and content.

Club Hotel Sera is one of my favorite hotels to stay. Because of gorgeous ottoman palace design, because of the comfort and of excellent location (by the sea but also near to the airport and to the shops),because of the lovely garden with palms,flowers and mandarin trees, because of the live piano music in the lobby and restaurant, but most of all because of the people who are working here. Our favorite, and we know her for years now, - manager of reception NEGIN- she is a fairy from a fairytale, always smiling , helping, is always there with a sincere smile! Mustafa (also know him for years now)on reception desk - the most experienced, always helps and advises in any question. Sana -the guest relation, the smiling “sister”- fairy of Negin) The flower of Sera ) Nargul, medical department - the most welcoming and efficient) Yasmin ,in the lobby bar - thank you for your work and for your songs! Dear Sera Club, we will come back again, that’s for sure!!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and it was a wonderful stay! The service was top notch - the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large (Royal), clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurants are super: a large selection of dishes and drinks, everything is fresh and tasty. Fast Internet access, fitness room, tennis, bowling, laser tag, archery and many other activities. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back again

Beautiful courtyard / garden. Being treated like a guest at their home, friendly but not intrusive. All staff were extremely helpful a perfect little oasis.

Sun beds by the pool are amazing- equipped with memory foam mattresses. Once you lie down, you don't want to get up!

Great breakfast, great staff, great location, great comfort — I wholeheartedly recommend. We were incredibly happy with our stay. Thanks so much, we’ll be back!!

The Hotel definitely exceeded all expectations in terms of service! We've been in various 4 and 5 starts hotels in the region, but none of them has such a great, welcoming and warm atmosphere as Spice! We stayed in one of the villas, and it's just an amazing place to stay with children or with a big family. The villa itself is very nice and cozy. And the cleaning service was really great. They even adjusted their daily schedule for us. From the 1st step into the hotel we have been greeted by amazing Valerie. We were literary surrounded by her care and support 24 hours a day. As well as her wonderful colleague Gamze. All our wishes and requests were fulfilled in 1 moment. The service was tailer-made for us and not just provided out of the box. The whole staff of the hotel was amazing. For example, Gamze organised a wonderful Turkish-style dinner in one of the restaurants just for us only because we wanted to try Turkish cuisine when the Turkish restaurant was closed. And the dishes were not on the menu of that restaurant! Once when we went to the Chinese restaurant, the staff remembered what table we liked and prepared it for us. Not just prepared - all the table and everything around was covered with rose petals. A chair for my baby was also prepared along with special tiny cutlery, glasses and plates. And of course the service was just amazing, especially in Wasabi and Defne - we still remember how tasty was everything and how great was the staff (unfortunately I don't know their names, but ALL of them were just amazing!!!). My experience with the Hotel is very good, it has left a warm and nice memories, it's definitely a good place which could provide a unique service based on your needs. Thank you, Spice! Location👍and breakfast is amazing with lots of varieties

Extremely friendly personnel, available to make you happy in any kind of need. Perfect facility, very clean and comfortable. Perfectly comfortable beds for a good sleeping. Great location at less than 5 minutes walking from a very nice beach club and nearly 15 minutes from a sparkling centre of Anthalya. Absolutely recommended!

I couldn't possibly ask for a more beautiful hotel. The location was perfect and the entire hotel was extremly clean. The rating should be 10 for this. I came super early and they let me check in earlier. Staff was kind and special shout out goes to Emre. Hope to come again. Çok tessekürler arkadaşlar.
