Boutique Hotels in West Memphis

The concierge, Jessica, was so so polite and relatable. We suffered a power outage and after three days with no power, a new baby, and a rambunctious boy child of 4 years with autism, we needed somewhere accommodating. The Hu Hotel was it. We thought we would hit Beale and enjoy the night life but as soon as we hit the plush bedding, plans changed. It was disappointing that the room didn’t have a microwave but again the king suite was big enough for my family. The views from the wrap around windows were an architectural dream. My Grandson loved watching the River boats and seeing the Hernando-Desoto bridge light up. Watching the river as the sun set was breathtaking. The price was reasonable and it didn’t take forever to get my security deposit back. The $22 parking was a big convenience. We missed the Roof top shindig but even without all of that, it was peaceful and we can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely quiet location with great views of the river. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious and the daily breakfast was also fantastic. staff were among the friendliest I’ve ever met at a hotel.
