The rooms feature a work desk, a minibar, and satellite TV. All rooms and bathrooms were renovated in 2009 and 2010. Some rooms are air-conditioned and feature a laptop-size safe. This is our first stay in Hotel Graz Sud, but it surely won't be the last! What an amazing and peaceful place to spend one or more nights! Great bed and shower, extraordinary breakfast, good sauna and wellness, and a very friendly staff. Plenty of parking places in front. So glad we got to stay here and very appreciative of how this hotel has been managed. We will be back for sure very soon!

We stayed one night - the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it!

The toilet is separate. The beds are extra comfortable. The parking lot is in front of the building, at the back of the hotel where there is also an entrance. The staff is very friendly
