The luxurious 4.5 star Homestead Stable and 4 star Pioneer Slab Hut rooms have private use of the bath terrace. All other rooms are 3.5 stars and have access to the shared swimming pool, BBQ and laundry facilities. Love it from the outdoor bath and amazing interior. Really unique experience.

Staff were best ever encountered anywhere. Couldn't do enough to help us out with visiting grandchildren. Advised us of local sites to visit. We stayed 4 nights. Absolutely fantastic. The cafes, restaurants and shops of Hastings Street are on the doorstep. Location was 10/10. Right on Hastings Street with beach access and also 2 pools. Will definitely be back.

All rooms at Jephson Hotel & Apartments feature a Super King-size bed, en suite bathroom, Smart TV with cable channels and free in-house movies, and spacious balconies. Very clean and comfortable. Hugh shower. Nice and helpful receptionist. It is not in the center of town but the train station is 5 minutes walk away, the ride to town center is 50 cent and takes 10 minutes so you don't have to get there with your car and pay for parking. Free parking on site and lots of dining options around

The 4-star By The Sea Resort is located in the centre of Port Douglas, next to Four Mile Beach and just a 2-minute walk from the restaurants along Macrossan Street. All apartments come with full kitchen facilities and many also have sea views. Great location next to beach. Staff were extremely helpful allowing us a free late check out. Loads of beach stuff which is free to use at the hotel. Highly recommend staying here

Enjoy award winning high tea or relax and sip on a cocktail overlooking the resort's lagoon pool at Chapter and Verse Lounge Bar. An amazing experience to stay at JW Marriott. The staff was very courteous and caring. Rooms were very nice and had great views. The best part was the breakfast at Citrique which has one of the most elaborate spreads that I had seen. Lots of options for vegetarian as well. And desserts that were quite delicious. The pool area is also very nice and cozy. Lots of lounging chair. They even have a large heated pool and a heated jacuzzi. Don't miss them if you are there.

The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautiful gardens, rustic setting and very comfortable. Perfect setting for my toddler to explore with plenty of interesting things for us to check out. Loved it!
