Denise is fluent in English and we had no problems communicating. Her staff prepared and served a lovely breakfast and were very helpful. Our room was one-of-a kind and very comfortable. The king (?) bed was a welcome bonus.

When we came back later to check-in and needed our bags from the car he took us down and helped us get our luggage to our room. This is probably the best hotel staff that I have ever met.
