Valet service was great, staff were super friendly and courteous and always responded positively and answered calls on the first try, always had my car out front when calling valet.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with friends during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. The hotel really made the concert experience so much more magical. They offered a lounge with free food, a beading station, photo both, ect… The staff was super friendly and and the rooms were luxurious. I also liked that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel.

The Hazelton Hotel rooms include a spacious marble bathroom with plush bathrobes. The modern rooms, with interiors designed by Yabu Pushelberg, are also equipped with a work desk, a seating area, and access to Wi-Fi. Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel. This Toronto area eco-friendly hotel is just 2 km from the Toronto Pearson Airport via a direct, free train. The bright and modern rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV. A lobby bar and pool table are available. perfect place for overnight connection. Airport train right next to the hotel, taking you straight to the terminal in 5 minutes. also quite good restaurant for dinner. Will stay for sure next time as well
