Directly across from the National Arts Centre, this non-smoking, landmark hotel is only steps from major attractions, and offers spacious accommodations with 49-inch TVs and first-class amenities in the city centre of Canada's capital. Location very near the downtown was good for exploring the city. Room was compact but comfy for one person. Bathroom was modern and clean. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff were very friendly.

The bar is stocked with local craft beers, a selection of wines and a number of house made cocktails. For those who prefer in-room dining, room service is available from 06:00 to 22:00 every day. It’s close to everything I needed.

This hotel includes a 24-hour fitness centre and a business centre. The impeccable and friendly service of the staff. Our housekeeper on the 5th floor was lovely and helpful all week, as were the front desk and restaurant staff (hurrah for the bartenders who made great lattes with big smiles on each morning!). The lobby plants were stunning as well, and the beds more comfortable than mine at home.
