The best location, you can walk to all of the tourist attractions and the old town.

The main highlight was the staff who provided top notch service and were very welcoming. Everyday we got great suggestion about things to do in the city and the breakfast was delicious and generous. Seeing the pictures we feared that the place might have an “old”-smell to it. However, the building and our room felt very fresh and well maintained, no concerns there. The location is close to downtown Montreal. We arrived on Friday and were advised by the staff to wait till 16.00 and get the weekend metro pass which was a great idea. The public transport in Montreal is quite good and we were able to visit many cool attractions in the city.

This is a great place to stay in Montreal, so easily accessible by public transit, and even though we didn't use it I hear there is a parking garage. Our host Sylvain was very quick to respond to all our questions and the lovely breakfast we had was above and beyond. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Our room was spacious and very quiet. And the breakfast was amazing every day! Perfectly cooked hard boiled eggs and different cake - home baked - every time! The location is perfect for exploring QC. Perfect.

Located just 4 minutes’ walk from the Notre Dame Basilica, this Old Montreal hotel features an on-site restaurant and private terrace or balcony in certain rooms. Metro Station Place d'Armes is 1 km away. This is one of my favorite hotels ever! Exceptional service and attention to detail. The double Queen room was way more spacious than I expected and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They helped us with so many things. We loved the bar on sight - best Old Fashioned cocktail there. I highly recommend the restaurant - fabulous food and service. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is full of things to do but very safe and quiet. When we return to Montreal we will stay here again.
