Check-in and check-out were very fast and smooth. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The internet speed was excellent. My family and I were satisfied. Just beside the Brienz lake. Wonderful lake view all day. Close to the train, bus, cruise station.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. It offers views over Lake Brienz and the Giessbach Waterfall,an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, one of which features a summer terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Spectacular location, wonderful service, we were positively surprised by the whole experience.

Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, HOP Apartments & Suites is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. The view was stunning and the location was perfect and close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The smart self-check-in system was very convenient and smooth, saving us time and making the arrival process easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

All rooms at Hotel Alphorn come with a flat-screen cable TV including international news channels, and small bathrooms with showers. They are decorated in marine colours with white furniture. Very good flavor and diversity breakfast. Room is very clean. And most important is the place of this hotel is near the interlaken west train station. Which is the most convenient hotel that I can save lot of time. And the people are very very nice and patience. I obviously enjoy a lot. I believe I will choose again for next time of traveling.I literally recommend !!

The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif.

This carefully renovated 4-star hotel next to the Japanese Gardens dates back to the 14th century. The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me to the places I wanted to go and showed me which buses to take. Also the location is perfect as it’s just a very walking distance to the Interlaken Ost and even to the center! And the breakfast and even the restaurant at night, are both great!

Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. Friendly service and very helpful and welcoming lounge and wish we had stayed longer.
