Hotel Arte enjoys a central location in St. Moritz, 300 metres from the Corviglia/Marguns Cable Car. All rooms are ensuite and uniquely decorated with country themes, and feature flat-screen TV and a minibar. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. Most affordable option in the city turned out to be high class luxury hotel. Comfort, cleanness, service and location, all 10/10

Hotel Waldhaus am See lies on the shores of the St. Moritz Lake and offers a breath-taking view of the surrounding mountains of the Engadin Valley.

The picturesque area is known for its sunny climate and a rich offer of recreational activities. A hotel where it was possible to talk to a human being if there was a problem, or information was needed - how refreshing against many of the other places I stayed where everything was done remotely. Reception was welcoming and helpful and when the desk lamp in the room failed a call to reception produced a new lamp in minutes. Pleasant (though quite small) room with all the facilities needed and a superb view over the lake from the window. Outstandingly good breakfast (included in the rate).

Centrally located in St. Moritz-Dorf with panoramic views over the lake and the mountains, the traditional Soldanella Hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the shopping street and the Corviglia Ski Area. Free WiFi is available. We used the hotel just for a one night stay (unfortunately!). The hotel has a classic feel to it and feels like one is in another century. Because of Booking we got an upgrade which gave us a fabulous room.

Set in the heart of Pontresina, just beside the Alp Languard Ski Lift, Hotel Schweizerhof Pontresina offers fine local cuisine, free WiFi and panoramic views of the Bernina Massif, the Roseg Valley and the Engadin Valley. This is a spacious hotel - our rooms were large, lots of space to unpack. Wonderful views of the valleys and mountains in Upper Engadine. The restaurant also very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel gives transportation passes after a 2-day stay. We went to Diavolezza, numerous times to Muotta Muragl. All the busses leave from the Post Office, a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is on the main street, with all the restaurants within easy walking distance. Worth going to Diavolezza lift to look at all the 4000 m. peaks across the great glaciers. Pontresina is a quiet town, there were no package holiday tourists.
