Not in centre but within walking distance and in a very quiet area. Very gd breakfast and had a very gd restaurant. Staff very helpful. Some very gd restaurants in the vicinity. They catered for my gluten free requirements. Thank you

Friendly staff that were happy to accommodate our late arrival and early departure. Really clean facilities.

Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, HOP Apartments & Suites is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. Location was great, within walking distance to the main shopping street and right by the river. The view was magnificent, overseeing the mountains. Room was modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in instructions were super clear, so when we got there, the process was very smooth. The App to control the door and the check-in/out process is super cool.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are very nice and ready to help with any needs. Among the hotel's facilities are a garden terrace, a sunbathing area and a cosy lounge, where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Very close to the city center. Very friendly staff. Felt very cosy and family like. Had a room with toys for toddlers which was great for my 3 year old.
