The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. It offers a park with a pool, free WiFi and a limited number of free parking spaces. I paid for the Hostal version. A room shared with other 16 humans and two bathrooms and two showers shared with 48 other humans. I still managed to shower without queuing. Of course everyone snores and that’s normal. It can’t tolerate that then book a standard hotel room.

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre.

Plunge into the wonderful swimming pool amidst a large park after a day of doing sightseeing or business in Lugano. Lovely hotel with beautiful views and gardens! Just in 2 minutes from the railway station, with good AC and refreshing swimming pool. Wonderful escape from heat! Staying in the hotel is just an aesthetic pleasure! Excellent breakfast with personally brewed coffee is great too! Love to come back someday.

All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. Coffee and tea facilities are offered for free. The location was excellent, walking distance to the main train station. We had a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. The hotel gave us free city bus tickets to use for our stay! Also, the breakfast was great for us and had a beautiful view.

Built in 1914 and located 850 meters above sea level, Kurhaus Cademario- Adults Only has massage, relaxation and steam rooms. It features indoor and outdoor heated pools, water features, a park and 2 conference rooms. Beautiful setting , amazing spa facilities, room was clean and very comfortable . The bar was also great and i enjoyed chatting to the barman who was very knowledgeable and helpful about the wine

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. Free WiFi is available in all areas, and underground parking is available for small/medium cars on site for an extra charge. Very comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet room with excellent shower. Nothing to complain about at all.

Very friendly staff, great bathroom and delicious breakfast. Excellent restaurant. The stay came with entry coupons for an exclusive club and discount vouchers for their shop.
