WiFi is provided free of charge throughout the property. The hotel is an older hotel and i believe family run. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. It is right on the lake and the lift to Mt. Rigi is a five minute walk behind the hotel. It was very relaxing being able to take the boat across the lake to Lucerne or other towns on the lake. the Lucerne train station is a two minute walk from the boat dock. They have the best WiFi we had the whole trip. the room was very large which a lot of Swiss hotels do not have large rooms.

That hotel is so lovely and great location. Very clean and staff very friendly. Very good vibes. We will definitely come back. The breakfast was really good as well with lots of choices.
