The main square and city centre are 1 km from the property. Comfortable, clean, heating set at a comfortable level, nice breakfast, attentive staff. I noticed wifi was slow, staff promply rearranged router to improve it. Though not in the city center, there are at least two very good restaurants at walking distance. Definitely would return.

We wish we would have stayed longer. You could easily spend 3-4 days here and never get bored.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Wi-Fi was fast, and the restaurant and bar were amazing. The views over the lake were fantastic. Ample parking spots. Walking distance to town (about 15-20 minutes). Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with quite some varieties. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in Puerto Natales, this is the place!
