We had a large, comfortable suite with a balcony and a view of Neuschwanstein. The room had a large shower and lots of storage space. The hotel had umbrellas which came in haas it rained on and off during our stay. The spa was a nice treat. Breakfast was fantastic each morning with lots of choices. Staff were friendly and kind! I definitely would book this hotel again!
