Each air-conditioned apartment has a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV. All offer city views and some have a balcony. Kitchens include an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Great location - it was near the food court market Mercado de San Miguel. Only 30-45 min away from the airport by taxi. A few restaurants were located downstairs. But it was still very quiet and safe at night. The building itself was historic, which is very intriguing. The apartment was neat, clean and spacious. The wifi works well. The sign says that hot water is limited but we had no problem with that at all. The supply was quite sufficient. The staff were very friendly. We had issues opening the safe to take our keys because of a late check-in, and the lady who answered our call was very patient and helpful.

Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!
