The stay was wonderful and worth the visit! Owners Angelique and Sebastian were really helpful, kind and friendly! The hotel has three rooms. Each room has a terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views to the forest and listen to wild birds. Rooms are very clean, well equipped and stylish. The hotel area is secure and has a parking. Breakfast was superb! Local cheese, ham, bread, delicious French pastries! Really enjoyed our stay at this place! The Hermonville town is in perfect location if you want to explore Champagne region. Everything is not far: Reims, Epernay, many champagne houses and villages. Please ask Sebastian for recommendations of where to eat, where to shop, what villages and champagne houses to visit! Each room at the Chambre D'hôtes Les Epicuriens has a sitting area where guests can make themselves at home. Bathrobes and slippers are provided and free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire house. Laure, the host, was helpful, welcoming and gracious. she offered a champagne welcome with homemade biscuits and a delicious breakfast with personal touches. the room was spacious and comfortable and the location very convenient. We would definitely recommend a visit!

Le Champ des Oiseaux Hôtel & Spa is located in the historic town of Troyes, a short walk from the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral and the Modern Art Museum. Each en-suite room has TV and free WiFi. Great hotel. Like stepping back in time in old world France. Very charming, but current as well. Staff were great and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast and dinner were great as well.
