Rooms were comfortable and had portable ac units that made it super comfortable sleeping during the warm night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice.

The city and the location of the hotel within the old castle was just breath-taking. We were lucky that it was snowing once we arrived and it was just beautiful from the room. If you have dogs, there are plenty of opportunities to walk your dogs around the hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Although it's a pretty old building, no sound or noise during day or night. We're very pleased with our stay and would like to return for sure!

Great location in the middle of the village. Walking distance to everywhere. The hotel itself was great. The Michelin-starred restaurant was very good, but the prices were much higher than essentially any comparable Michelin-starred restaurant I've been to (and that's a few...). Also, the only breakfast option was a 45 euro / person buffet, while their bakery is close almost half the week...

The smart rooms at the L'Abbaye d'Alspach have been carefully designed by the owner to ensure a calm and comfortable night's sleep. They include modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi internet access. Breakfast very good. Receptionist always answered any of our questions. Great location to walk around Kientzheim. The woodwork in our building is exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. We had the suite since it was the only room available but it was worth the extra money. WiFi worked good as well.

Great stay , The room was comfortable, the bathroom was huge, the breakfast was great, the pool was great, the steam room was great, I would definitely stay longer next time.
