This historic former brewery boasts light and elegant rooms with rustic, original features and fine Egyptian linen. Just 45 metres from the beautiful riverside, the hotel features its own French bistro. Amazing staff from check in to departure, the restaurant was first class, the room was probably the best room I’ll ever stay in my life. Duplex apartment with a lovely industrial feel to it, but high end finishes throughout. Amazing shower area too. The sort of holiday where the room Is good enough to stay in and chill.

Originally a 16th-century coaching inn, The Crown in Old Amersham offers dining, traditional hospitality and easy access to the M40, M25, M1 and M4. Free parking and Wi-Fi is available on-site.

The Crown has a mixture of traditional and modern bedrooms, including the four-poster suite that featured in the film ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’. Fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is a beautiful old building but the rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern and stylish. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pub was so very xmasy it was delightful. Just perfect for my family

All the individually designed bedrooms have an en suite shower room, and our Boujee & Decadent's boast a copper or ceramic bath that fill from the ceiling. Grown Alchemist toiletries and bathrobes are included. Other features include free Wi-Fi, coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and touch-activated mood lighting. From the moment we walked in it felt luxurious and special.

The Olde Bell, BW Signature Collection is a modernised 3-star coaching inn providing Ilse Crawford designed restful rooms with a rustic elegance. Some parts date back as far as 1135 and it has kept some of its original design features. Second time staying here to enjoy the lovely walks nearby on the Thames Path and come back to a warm welcome, a delicious supper and a cozy night’s sleep. Our favourite part of staying at The Olde Bell is the staff as they are genuinely friendly and kind.
