It’s situated right by a beautiful, quiet beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. The pool and beach area are both very pleasant. Free parking is available close to the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, it was good value for money as well.

This is a centrally located Hotel on 1866 ('Taxi') Square. The Harbour and 'Old Town' are a just few minutes walk. I have been using the Arkardi for many years. It's main 'plus', apart from location, are the really helpful Reception staff. I will be back!!

Very nice hotel, with one of the best breakfast options with the possibility of ordering from the menu. Wide variety of coffee. The staff was very nice, helpful. Parking was available behind the hotel. The hotel had a central location in the port, access to the city centre and restaurants. The rooms were clean, we loved that we could blackout the windows. The windows blocked out the noise of nightlife perfectly. We wish we could have stayed in this hotel a bit longer.

A rich breakfast including local delicacies can be enjoyed daily at the internal courtyard. the welcome was nice, the staff always smiling. We received all the necessary information and a tour of the hotel. The roof terrace was charming. The room is clean, fragrant. The advantage was the minibar. Breakfast rich and tasty. I recommend the hotel, you won't find anything better. We thank you.

The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 11 km from Shalom Luxury Rooms Kondilaki. We loved our stay at the hotel. It was spacious, comfortable with a very generous covered balcony which we used everyday. We wanted to be right in the centre of the Old Town and we could not have wished for a better location.
