The room was cleaned daily and the people from reception very helpful. The location is very good and I recommend the breakfast!

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, close to the city center, clean room (daily cleaning), parking service with a decent charge.

Each of the rooms at Kastro is well-presented with modern décor details such as elegant wallpapers and draped curtains. Modern amenities include LCD TV and a mini fridge. Some rooms have either terraces or balconies. This was the best stay I have ever had in Irakleio. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by a charming gentleman, informing us on all the details. When we got into our room, I was amazed that we had paid so little for so much. Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect matress and pillows. Our friends had a room next to us, which was different, and equally beautiful. In the evening we walked to the centre which was so close. The breakfast was superb! Highly recommended. On the 5th floor there is also a roof garden, also well designed where I could enjoy my cigarette, with a fabulous view. I wish I could have stayed and slept there for much much longer! I rested well in the large comfortable bed. Well done to Kastro. You are brilliant!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. Meeting facilities and free WiFi Fiber in all areas are provided. The hotel is very nice and clean! The staff is friendly, polite and helpful which made the whole stay even better. The room was comfortable and nice, ours also had a balcony where we could dry the clothes after beach and rest. Breakfast is also good and has some options, if you don't want to spend morning looking for a place to eat outside. Location was almost perfect, we could be at the city centre in maximum of 10 minutes walk. The hotel also has a parking with a small daily fee, it was very convenient since the island is big and we wanted to explore around with a car.

Perfect little hotel in the old city, but really nicely renovated old townhouse with all modern amenities, comfortable and super nice breakfast in the courtyard. One of the best stays in the Chania old town and I had been in many places there.
