Each room is equipped with full amenities to ensure a seamless and savvy experience. Clean, close to the airport, very good breakfast. They offer free shuttle, which was a big bonus for us. We waited for about 20min to pick us up at the airport and than it’s aprox. 15-20min drive to the hotel. Although, ask in advance for the pick up hours if they’ll suit your plan cause the service is not available 24/7. They respond fast if you conntact them via whatsapp.

It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport from the hotel and getting to Soewarna Golf course will take about 10 minutes by car, Mall Taman Anggrek and Central Park Mall are both about a 35-minute drive away. Summarecon Mall Serpong is a 30-minute drive, while PIK Avenue is a 20-minute drive from the property. We just stayed there one night because we had a flight from Jakarta the next day so we basically just slept there but for that one night it was perfect! We could book a transfer to the airport at the hotel which was very comfortable!

Located a 5-minute walk from Living World Mall, Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera offers a luxurious stay with an outdoor pool and a restaurant. A tennis court and free parking spaces are also available on site. Free WiFi is accessible throughout. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Although located next to a larger road, I couldn’t hear the cars at all. The breakfast was very focused around local food, which was delicious, but also a great variety of western goods like scrambled eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, etc. There was a decent pool and sufficient fitness center to keep you busy if you decide not to leave the hotel
