It provides massage and laundry services on site, as well as a 24-hour front desk. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was an absolute dream. The staff are beyond wonderful, so kind and caring. The room although on the smaller size is very thoughtfully done and they give you everything you could possibly need. 5 litres of drinking water per day, for instance!! The beach in front was calm to swim in and very pretty. Snorkel equipment was also provided and we could rent bikes at the property. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. On the whole we just loved our stay. Gili Air is like a slice of heaven! Special mention of Rizaan at the front desk who took great care of us!

All are equipped with a personal safe and private balcony that overlooks the garden. Our stay at Bale Sampan was amazing. I only have good things to say. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It started feeling like home very quickly. The staff really made a huge difference, they made us very welcome and comfortable. The room was a good size, and very clean. They decorated the beds with flowers from the property. The food in the restaurant was great. Beach access right across from the property with free sunbeds for guests of the property. The ferry point is about 10 mins walk, and the location is very convenient with lot of cafes and food options.

The Beach House Resort is a 2-hour land and sea journey from Lombok Airport. Great hotel right in the middle of Gili T. Rooms were comfortable and included a balcony. The breakfast was ala carte instead of the usual buffet and the quality was amazing.

Walking distance to supermarket, banks and restaurants. The property is good value.
