We were so welcomed by Clifton and Jeanette and very happy at this 8 room guest house owned by a very warm family who have lovely staff, especially our waitress at breakfast Kaviri. Rooms are not very big but very comfortable with a firm bed. Exceptionally clean. We only used the ceiling fan but a/c available too. The roof top is a tropical garden and creates such an ambience of peace. Breakfast is served there a La carte with choices of freshly baked bread and home made jam, eggs, fresh fruit etc. This place is just 30 mins from Dabolim airport to Panjim in the middle of what is called the Latin area. It is good to go to prepaid taxi at airport arrivals. Rps1100 Jan 25. Very Close to lots of eating places but we especially enjoyed Casanoni trattoria 5 mins away and Family restaurant around the corner. 10min walk to bus station to get a Bus to Old Goa 30 mins ride away and enjoy the beautiful churches/ cathedral and museum there.

The property is a gem! Very close to beach, shops, restaurants and night life locations, but very serene at the same time. They have a taxi driver that they cooperate with, who was available for driving me around during my trip, he‘s very responsible and I felt safe. Awesome breakfast. Wonderful and most welcoming hosts. I loved it so much that I extended my trip spontaneously and were in luck that they had another night available. Will definitely come back!

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. This is one of the best places that we have stayed on our India trip. The location is ideal, the facilities were great and our room was pristine clean! Roy also gave us so many great recommendations for food, drinks and things to see/do. This was our second time staying at Beleza (we stayed here in 2020 right before Covid) and four years later when my husband and I were looking for a quick and relaxing getaway in South Goa, we opted to stay at Beleza again given how nice our previous stay was. The pool is huge and clean with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The shower was very powerful and we had no issues with hot/cold water. The bed was comfortable and despite a wedding party happening during our stay we were not disturbed by loud music or crowds in the part where our suite was located.

Although it is a beach front property , the rooms are 350m from the beach front and have partial garden view. Location was amazing. Staff are all very nice and very helpful and provide top notch service. Room (family room) was spacious and very clean. Its a nice short walk thru lovely gardens to the on site restaurant which is beach front,has good food and a better view.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Beira Mar Beach Resort is located at a 5-minute walk from Benaulim Beach. It operates a 24-hour front desk and features a well-manicured garden. Free Wi-Fi access is available in this resort. It’s a third time we come to Beira Mar. I don’t know better quality/location/price/comfort ratio hotel in Goa. And I recommended it to many of my friends. The perfect golden/white sand beach is right behind the door of hotel. Not big but lovely territory, all in flowers and green plants and palms. They take care of the plants very thoroughly so it looks like a botanic garden. So many spots for wonderful tropical photos!!. Pool is very nice and has been improved for the last year. Tents with lights, armchairs, clear water in pool, baby area in pool, music for the good mood. Bar with drinks and cocktails. Very fast and polite housekeeping personnel. Nice breakfast from 7:30-10:30. Cottages are spacious and equipped with all the necessary things. Toiletries, towels, cattle, drinking water refilled every day, aircon and fans. Each cottage has a lovely terrace with chairs and table to sit and relax in the evening. The hotel provides towels for the pool. The restaurant area has been renovated this year it now looks more fresh and nice. I want to add that the hotel looks better and better each time we come. And it means that management takes care of their business and guests satisfaction. Don’t even hesitate, book and stay here, being a 3 child Mom and very experienced traveller I highly recommend this place for couples and families. The outdoor facilities are also very comfortable. The beach is far far from crowds, many nice beach shacks with very moderate prices and good food and drinks right next to the hotel, the sand is gentle clean and beautiful. The ocean is always with the gentle waves, which make you don’t want to go out of water. Waves are not dangerous here, nor like in Vietnam and SriLanka. My children adore Goan ocean. I recommend Roger’s shack for perfect food and cocktails. Supermarkets, drug store and market are 10-15 min walking from the hotel. At Kadar supermarket you can find absolutely all you need.
