The beds were very comfy and the shower was powerful. There was tea , coffee and water in the room. Kamel was friendly and helpful for breakfast.

The hotel is about 30 minutes drive from the airport , whilst the Royal Culture center , military museum , sports city are just about 10 minutes drive from the hotel. The hotel's facilities are excellent with a lot of romantic lounges, spa, terrace, pool outside, jacuzzi inside, beautiful rooms, more than expected. What i loved most was the people. The staff is well trained and i am sure this is the hand of yhe great manager, Lady Yara who surprised me like no one before in the best way. The food was great, the drinks in the lounge, great quality.

Staff was fantastic organizing airport shuttles and helping us figure out a lost luggage with the local airport agents over the phone. I highly recommend the place.
