Emad was incredibly helpful and was very kind to give us an upgrade. All the staff have been very accommodating and greeting us with a smile wherever we go. Would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again if I come back to Amman.

The location is perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Despite being in a central area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing for a great night’s sleep. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. Great value for the price!

Great traditional lodging in Amman. Room was large and comfortable with view of the street. Breakfast was great with individual trays with diverse options and fresh omelet. Staff was fantastic organizing airport shuttles and helping us figure out a lost luggage with the local airport agents over the phone. I highly recommend the place.
