Staff are excellent, all very friendly and helpful. We were so happy they upgraded the room when we arrived, it has a big terrace with a nice view of the sunset. Great shower, comfortable bed. Food is amazing, with a lot of varieties. It's recommended to book a half board. The breakfast crew, Amer and the team are so lovely, as well as dinner is always enjoyable. The reception also arranged our trip back to Amman, with the kindest driver taking us on the scenic route.
